His eyes flashed open, I heard it did. I was taking a sip of my drink when I heard frantic movements from the bedroom. A smile slowly formed on my face. I knew he was searching for me. He had gotten a trauma from all the escapes I had done in the past months. Some days when he'd woke up without me on the bed, he'd get so agitated and crazy, and today was obviously one of those. Though it didn't take him long until he found me just outside the room with a glass of blood in my hand. short midi formal gowns

"Good morning babe." I chuckled as I watched his face worked its way to calm.

"Thought you left me again."

"You know I'd never."

"Uhuh." he walked towards me and placed a kiss on my lips. As usual my legs went boneless again. "I love you."

"I love you too, now get dressed and we are about to land." I pushed him gently. "They're waiting for us."

"Are they really dating babe?" he asked confused as his hand made its way to scratch his nape.

"Serene and Alec?"

"Yeah."

"Yep, they still ain't admitting it though. Anyway, wear something formal we're having our dinner at my friend's restaurant." his lips left a soft laugh. "Seriously babe? What are we going to do in a restaurant?"

"You will eat. You haven't eaten for like 15 hours, and I also wanna visit my friend, it has been awhile."

"But I had some earlier before I dozed off."

"You hate eating inside a jet. I'm sure you had only few." I raised a brow as I placed my empty glass back on the table.

He smirked causing his dimples that could kill to appear. "Okay then, I'll just change."

While he was changing, I also changed my baggy clothes in a more formal clothing before we went out of the jet. I was welcomed with the sight of Serene who got Alec arm resting on her shoulder.

I slowly shook my head, very clingy.

Jake wrapped his arm around my waist and pulled me closer to him. I smirked and wrapped mine on his too as I lifted him and ran down the stairs in no longer than a second--making sure that nobody had seen us.

"Woah." Jake blurted out when we landed softly.

"Hello sister." Serene chuckled and kissed my cheek. "So how was the flight?" she wiggled her brows waiting for the answer she had been expecting for awhile now.

"It was good." I answered.

"Bet it was." she winked.

"So how's your vacation with Alec going? Will the bells ring soon?" I heard Alec scoffed beside her and had a glimpse of Serene pinching his side. I pulled out a knowing smile.

"So good so far?" she answered, unsure.

I laughed as Jake snapped us off. "Okay okay, let's go ladies my tummy's already growling!" he walked to the car pulling me with him.

"Where are we going?" Alec asked, bemused.

"We're having a dinner at Selena's friend restaurant." Serene answered.

Alec raised a brow and shrugged. "Is her friend a he or a she?"

Jake mouth formed an 'O' as he faced me waiting for me to say something. I shrugged and left the question for Serene to answer.

"Well, he's Selena's ex fling." Serene spat out confidently.
